The Venue

Service Description

Thank you for your interest in Libby's Pumpkin Patch Barn Venue. The facility now has indoor restrooms. The barn can be used as an “open-air venue” with north, east, and west doors open to the outdoors, or the doors can remain closed so the barn can be heated or cooled. The grounds and barn are available for you to customize for your wedding or event. Fifteen 6-foot-long rectangular tables and ten 5-foot-diameter round tables are available, as well as 200 chairs for your use. If you choose to use them, you set them up and also return them to their folded position at the end of the rental. You may have the site for a few days to set up/tear down. You may rent other or additional tables and chairs from a vendor of your choice. Most people opt to use the site as an indoor/outdoor venue. Some have the ceremony outside and use tents outside, and reserve inside for dancing/eating. There is plenty of space outside to personalize or decorate the grounds as you desire. You are welcome to our antique truck/ wagons to use as decor. Alcohol requires event insurance (usually under $200) and a plan in advance for getting everyone home safely. The price is $2400- $500 damage deposit=$1900 for the rental. If you are interested, I encourage you to visit the site in person to determine if it will meet your needs.
