We typically have event rentals from March through November. Late September and October are challenging due to the pumpkin patch activities. Please contact us with your specific dates to see if we can accommodate your plans.

Yes!. The venue is heated and cooled to keep your guests comfortable throughout your event.

The venue rental comes with 180 white folding chairs, 55 padded folding chairs, 16 - six foot rectangular tables, and 10 - five foot round tables. Any additional tables and chairs will need to be rented from another vendor.

The barn has seating available for up to 200 people, but there will not be any extra room for dancing, games, or photo ops. Let us know your expected attendance and we will suggest local vendors who can provide outdoor tents if your require more covered space.

The venue has a 2,400 sq ft main floor, an 800 sq ft loft, and another 1,000 sq ft for the bathrooms and kitchen area. We also have several acres of grass for you to enjoy.

No. The kitchen contains a sink, refrigerator, and counter space. You can serve or plate the food here. You will need to supply your own serving utensils.
